Booking Your Appointment
Unlike some clinics, we don’t use an online scheduler. Instead, you’ll call our office directly to make an appointment. This allows us to get to know your needs right away and ensure your visit is customized to you.
After booking, you’ll receive a registration form link via email or text, making check-in a breeze on the day of your visit.
Arrival & Pre-Screening
When you arrive, we’ll confirm your information, preferences, and how you’d like us to view the back of your eyes (retinal imaging or dilation). If you’ve completed your paperwork online, you’ll move straight into pre-screening with our technician. This includes:
- Eye pressure and blood pressure
- Auto refraction
- Visual acuity tests
These steps help prepare detailed information for the doctor before your exam.
The Eye Exam
Next, you’ll meet with the doctor for a comprehensive eye exam tailored to your vision and lifestyle needs. After the exam, either the doctor or the technician will guide you to the optical section.
Optical: More Than Just Browsing
We believe in making the most of your visit—so instead of asking, “Do you want to look at glasses?”, we assume you do!
Our optical team reviews your vision benefits with you (many patients don’t realize they qualify for sunglasses or additional eyewear perks), helping you make the most of your plan.
Our opticians assist with frame selection, lens options, and take quick measurements. While glasses take about 2–6 weeks to arrive, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
Contact Lens Orders
If you wear contacts, we’ll price out your options—typically 3-month or 1-year supplies.
Many patients stick with what their insurance covers, but annual orders often qualify for manufacturer rebates delivered as Visa gift cards.
Delivery time depends on the brand, but most contacts arrive within a few days—some may take a bit longer.
